Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0-5 years, with adult supervision required at all times. The ball pit and bounce house are suitable for all ages.

We thoroughly sanitize and disinfect all equipment. before a setup and after each use. As a mum, I understand the challenges of keeping little ones healthy, so we prioritize cleanliness and safety for all our clients.

Yes, we can set up both indoors and outdoors, but there are a few guidelines:

• An indoor backup plan is required in case of weather changes.
• We only set up on grass or concrete – no gravel, rock, or bark.
• We will not set up if there are any faeces or animals near the equipment. While we love pets, they must be kept away during the event.

We do not charge by the hour. The rental is available for the full duration of your event. Our team will arrive at least an hour before the event to set-up and will handle take-down afterward.
